Doctor Who: Fifth Doctor/Tegan story list

A while ago, I said I'd put together a list of all the Five/Tegan stories I'd found for someone. (Completed stories only.) This list is not as long as I'd initially thought it would be; if anyone has additions or corrections, I'd love to know and will edit as needed.
