Rare-pairing fic list update

All previous rare-pairing lists have been merged into one big list. Okay, actually six big lists, each with its own theme. All stories from the individual scattered lists I periodically post are now in one of the following locations:
Doctor/Doctor, Doctor/Master, Master/Master lists
Doctors One-Five pairings
Doctors Six-Ten (or later) pairings
Non-Doctor pairings A-G
Non-Doctor pairings H-L
Non-Doctor pairings M-Z, crossover stories

Why six lists? Because after I checked all 1000 or so links and added lengths and ratings for most of the stories, the file was huge. Splitting it into six chunks seemed to work best. If anyone has a better idea, LMK.

I did not repeat the work done on the
who_otp master list so some "missing" stories may already be listed there. If not, or you spot any mistakes, LMK.

Only completed stories are included. Ten/Master, Master/Doctor (university era), Ten/Rose, Ten/Jack, Ten/Jack/Rose, Ten/Martha, Ten/Jack/Martha, Lucy/Simm!Master, Nine/Rose, Nine/Jack, and Nine/Jack/Rose stories are not listed because they're very common and keeping up on them would be way too much work.

Maybe this project needs a del.icio.us page? The links could be tagged by category, and the list would paginate itself.

Thanks, I'll check out del.icio.us and see how customizable it is. If I can get it to organize links in the right order, it might be a better option than LJ.
