LJ has been swatting down IPs in an effort to keep the whole system from falling over. If you can figure out a way to log in from a different IP or reset the IP on your existing one (IDK how), it should work. copperbadge had the same problem not so long ago and was justifiably livid about it, but found a way to reset so that he's now back, though when I tried to comment LJ 'hung up'.
