I know there are some Middleman fans on my flist. The show has been cancelled. :( I never even got around to watching it, either. Of course, I still can, but knowing there won't be any new episodes takes some of the fun out of it.

ABC Family also cancelled Kyle XY. Several episodes that haven't yet aired will be shown, and then that's that.

The CW renewed Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill, 90210, Smallville, Supernatural, and America’s Next Top Model for next season. Apparently, they've managed to get Tom Welling back for yet another year of Smallville.

Smallville. Ninth season coming up. I never thought it would last this long.

Ugh. Smallville needed to stop several seasons ago. At this point, they should just make him Superman and be done with it.

I'm surprised the show still has so much audience left. Most of the original cast is gone, which tends to be the killing stroke for long-lived shows. My favorites were Lex and Lionel. I watch now for Clark and Chloe only.

And cancellations of a bunch more shows will be coming out between now and May. Most of my favorites should be safe, but a couple are on shaky ground.

They must have had to pay Tom Welling a small fortune to come back to Smallville.
