Torchwood badfic

ghost2In the interest of fairness, I thought I'd mention a Torchwood badfic for once.
This is a torchwooddoctor who story I came up with Roxy is my charecter she has come with me to here from teaspoon. she is Captain Jack's friend and The Doctor partner this is set in torchwood and at the end we see the TARDIS
I'm betting Teaspoon wasn't sorry to see Roxy leave. I don't recall exactly when that site went moderated, but if this little gem of a summary happened to pop up there after that point, I can't imagine any mod NOT rejecting the thing. So much is wrong with it, it's hard to know where to start.
Not surprisingly, this story was posted at that mecca of badfic, fanfiction.net. I wish ff.net would go moderated. Of course, there would ensue plenty of self-entitled whining far worse than what occurred when Teaspoon made the switch, but it would be more than worth it to get rid of the mounds of crap currently being posted there. If ff.net ever does become moderated and they need volunteers to wade through submissions, I would SO be willing to help.
Anyway, on to the badfic, which is called the archangel goes to torchwood.
“Hello, I am here to see Captain Jack Harkness.”She said
“What name is yours?”He [Ianto] asked
“Sorry where are my manners. My name’s Roxanna or my friends call me Roxy.”She replied
“I’ll take you to him follow me.”
Ianto had only a split second to regret stupidly leading a stranger into the Hub, since Roxy quickly pulled out a bomb and blew the place up.
“Y’know I really miss my home world.”She said
“I know how you feel Roxy’.”
“It’s not that it has gone I just miss my friends and my partner, what I wouldn't’t give to see him again.”
"Yes," Roxy continued, "it's okay that the planet is gone. I only really want the people I liked to have survived. Does that make me cruel and shallow? No? Didn't think so!"
“Doctor!”
“Roxy!”
The two of them hugged each other again in disbelief.
“I thought the Master was the only one left.”
“No, I couldn't’t leave you all alone for eternity could I?” She asked
For a moment, the Doctor felt incredibly dumb. How had he failed to sense that he wasn't truly the only Time Lord left? However, he soon got over this feeling of shame and simply enjoyed his reunion with Roxy, his great friend who was never mentioned before.
“I thought you were dead, I felt so alone, I was told that I was not alone, when I saw the Master I was upset, I am glad you are still here.”She admitted.
Having cunningly summarized her post-Time War existence in one run-on sentence, Roxy beamed at her own cleverness.
Wow. In just under 800 words, this author managed to desecrate both TW and DW. Putting aside the terrible grammar and punctuation--which isn't easy--the plot and characterization are appallingly bad.
Fail all around.

1) Keep the personal fantasies personal, and don't be so vain as to think everyone wants to read them.
2) Proper spelling and grammar are your friends.
3) Stay true to the characters and world you are borrowing.
That fic not only broke all the rules, it left them bleeding in a gutter.
