Livejournal down?

I haven't been able to access Livejournal for over 24 hours. I've tried on multiple computers, from multiple locations. The Livejournal status page says the site is up, but it's the only place I can't access.

Anyone else having similar problems?

LJ has been swatting down IPs in an effort to keep the whole system from falling over. If you can figure out a way to log in from a different IP or reset the IP on your existing one (IDK how), it should work. copperbadge had the same problem not so long ago and was justifiably livid about it, but found a way to reset so that he's now back, though when I tried to comment LJ 'hung up'.

It's down for me too, but I can access it via a proxy - I'm using Filter Sneak. It's really frustrating!
