I don't think this is really spoilery. The few specific things I mention are basic plot points that are revealed pretty early on.
I'm of two minds about this audio. I had a hard time getting through the initial part. The Seventh Doctor is in some of that section, but he's having memory issues and interacting with unfamiliar characters. You might be thinking that's good, that it lends an atmosphere of mystery to the audio. Well, it does, to an extent. But far too much of the opening part concentrates on new characters I didn't want to hear. I cared about why the Doctor was in a Swiss sanatorium in 1926, but initially, I didn't much care about why this group of strangers was.
Finally, starting with the second part, Ace and Hex become prominent and have great change-of-pace roles. Here, the story starts to move along nicely. Some questions are answered, while new ones arise. Mostly, they're pretty interesting. Best of all is the revelation of the villain's identity.
Despite my issues with the first part (I listened to it four times and it never managed to hold my attention to the end), I still recommend this story. There's much to like in three of the four segments, especially the fun Ace-and-Hex sections. Definitely one of the best audios for fans of those characters!

I did think the way Ace and Hex each got to put on a different persona was fun.
