Cherry Ames, and Demons

ghost2My Cherry Ames boxset from Amazon.com has arrived! Now I have something new to read. I started the first book, Cruise Nurse, today, but haven't had a chance to get too far into it. The weather is actually nice here (above freezing!) so I went out on my bike for a while.
Question for anyone who's watched Demons: I heard that it's really terrible. Is it the Twilight kind of terrible, where its very badness is fascinating? Or is it the boring kind of terrible, like Crusoe? Basically, will it entertain me?
